Before I started making this List, I asked myself this question: “what do people not realize or know that can contribute to their weight loss results?”.

With internet and social media there is a ton of information out there all stating the same thing but using different ways to describe them.

It’s no wonder many people get confused when they set out to start their weight loss plan because of being overwhelmed with information on how to lose weight, fat, in the first place!

So I decided to go a different route and give you tips and the 26 Ways to Lose -10 kg that I feel is the very essence of becoming successful in your fat loss goals and managing your body fat.

With this foundation that changes the way you approach and the way your mind thinks towards fat loss, I am positively certain you will be successful!

 

 

Below are the first 06 Ways to do your transformation:

 

  1. CREATE SITUATIONS where you must take action to lose your unwanted fat kilo’s. Example: start a hobby or sport that you want to do but keep putting it off because you weigh too much and feel uncomfortable.

By starting NOW you create the emergency situation inside yourself to do something about finally losing the kilo’s you keep making excuses to not start!

 

  1. DESCRIBE YOUR GOAL or THE RESULTS YOU WANT IN WRITING.

Now elaborate on how you want to feel after you have reached you Goal, in this case it would be – 10 kg.

What clothes will you wear? Will you go out more often? Make more friends and acquaintances when you feel more confident about yourself?

Go ahead, start writing!

 

  1. SEND A LETTER to yourself about how you have reached your goal.

Put down anything in the letter you want to, give the letter to a friend and have them mail it to you 2-3 months later.

I am sure this will motivate you somewhere down the road, either now or after you have received the letter.

 

  1. CONSCIOUSLY CREATE UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATIONS.

If you are a night eater for example, put all food you would eat somewhere like under a cabinet with a lock on it!

Or in a box at your neighbor’s house!

I don’t think you will be able to snack at night with one of these little tricks being used.

  1. WRITE DOWN THE WORDS YOU TELL YOURSELF, the negative self-talk.

After you write this down, go away from your journal, come back later, and rewrite the sentences in to Positive affirmations.

 

  1. WHEN WE REALLY WANT TO CHANGE OUR NEGATIVE HABITS we mostly find excuses to NOT

Ask yourself these questions instead: What are the reasons I do WANT to make the choice to lose 10 kg and feel more fit and healthy?

What reason do I have to eat better, make better choices in my diet?

I am sure you can come up with reasons that motivate you now even more!
